Men, join us for a day-long masterclass in woodworking on the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
The fruits of your labor will benefit women who have chosen life as we've been asked by the Bishop Gallegos Maternity home to build some specific pieces of furniture for two young families in need.
Schedule.
7AM: Meet for Holy Mass at St. Stephen the First Martyr Parish
8:30 AM: Carpool to Breakfast at the Tom Scarry Ranch followed by a hands-on furniture building clinic.
Upon completion of the work, we will enjoy libations and BBQ.
Please bring eye protection and gloves.
Please bring $50 cash for wood and materials.
We are hoping for 15 men to join us, though more would be welcome. If more men attend, we will reduce the materials cost per man accordingly.
No women or children please.
