Come one, come all to the FIFTEENTH Annual Festival of Many Meats!
It's Easter and it's Friday... should we abstain or eat meat? When St. Francis was asked the same question by his brothers, his answer was clear: "COVER THE WALLS IN MEAT!"
Who: all men and women of good will. Families, kids, clergy welcome.
When: Easter Friday, 6pm
What: Bring one meat dish to share. Your dish will be entered into the elite FOMM tournament bracket. If your meat has what it takes to please the crowd, you'll go home with the coveted FOMM Meat Master Trophy. Runners up will don the noble FOMM medals of honor.

Keys to the trophy:
Get creative - past entries include everything from Bacon Chocolate Cake to exotic meats like kangaroo, wild boar, crocodile, and bear.
Presentation - selling your dish to the crowd goes a long way, just ask 2012 Trophy winner, John Sheldon. Make sure you have a sharable meat dish. The easier it is for your dish to be distributed to the masses, the more likely you are to win over the voters. If possible, be able to showcase at least 50 small servings to pass around.
Taste - at the end of the day, the crowd wants what tastes good. When in doubt, wrap it in bacon.
Bring your dish prepared or feel free to use the BBQ, oven, stove, smoker, sous-vide, or blowtorch that will be at your disposal. We'll take care of all the serving utensils, plates, etc.
We'll provide the beverages that will be flowing abundantly.
